PR Sentinel keeps every repository review moving from open to merged by identifying who owns the next action, routing notifications to the right team channel, syncing project stages, and giving platform owners controlled tenant access.

## Positioning

PR Sentinel is not a replacement for source control, team chat, CI, review tools, or project-management systems. It is an operations layer that connects those systems around one owner-state model for each repository.

- GitHub App install links, webhook intake, PR state tracking, review reconciliation, and draft/ready sync.
- Quality-gate support through GitHub check names such as SonarQube, SonarCloud, CodeRabbit, Codacy, CodeQL, and Greptile-style checks.
- Multi-tenant workspace isolation for data, secrets, config, install links, runtime state, and audit events.
- Super-admin tenant management, access request queue, tenant suspension/reactivation, impersonation, and tenant owner provisioning.
- AWS serverless deployment with API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, EventBridge Scheduler, CloudWatch, WAF, and least-privilege IAM.

## Adapter Model

The production deployment currently supports GitHub, Slack, Linear, GitHub checks, and AWS. The product model is provider-agnostic at the repository workflow level. GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Asana, Azure Boards, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and similar tools are future adapter opportunities, not currently live unless explicitly configured.

## Access Model

Production signup is intentionally gated. Teams request access on the public page. The platform owner reviews requests in the super-admin queue, creates the tenant workspace, grants tenant owner credentials, and then the tenant owner connects the appropriate integrations.
